Cancellations of 4 rooms or fewer made with 10 days' notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations of more than 4 rooms or for events filling the Inn require a 30-day notice for a full refund. Guests cancelling with less than required notification time will receive a refund only if rooms are re-rented.

Holidays and weekends are subject to a 2-night minimum stay, except with special arrangement in advance with the innkeepers. Single night stays mid-week are charged at the weekend rate.

The Farmhouse (open seasonally): $85 per room/double occupancy
$20 per additional person over age 12

The Cottage: Monday-Thursday, $105 double occupancy
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays, $125 double occupancy
$20 per additional person over age 12.

Note: Three children count as "additional person"
Pets allowed only in cottage: $10 per pet/per night
For additional persons, a limited number of rollaway beds are available for $10 per night.

The prices listed do not include state and local taxes.
